What We’ll Explore

A gentle map for what we’ll explore—so you can arrive feeling grounded.

  • 10 common survival roles and how they can continue into adulthood
  • why these roles developed in the first place
  • the strengths that may be hidden inside them
  • how several roles can work together
  • the difference between something you choose and something you feel you have to do
  • how old survival rules can affect relationships, work, boundaries, self-worth, and everyday choices
  • what you may want to keep, soften, set down, or reclaim

You'll also receive a participant reflection packet to use during the webinar.

Come as you are. You can participate quietly, and you’ll never be asked to share anything personal.
